摘要 介绍了新型固态短路限流器的工作原理 ,给出了装置结构布置方式 ,设计了用于该限流器的多路隔离输出电流源为触发驱动系统供电 ,同时给出了晶闸管驱动电路拓扑结构。设计的驱动电路输出波形上升沿约 1μs,保证了可控硅器件快速导通 ,强触发宽度 10 0 μs,保证了触发可靠性。 The principle of new-solid-state short-circuit fault-current limiter (FCL) is presented. A new kind of power supply with multiple isolated outputs used for driving of thyristors in FCL is developed, and a new driving-circuit topology for SCR is also presented. The waveform with the rise-time up to lμs, which is generated by driving-circuit developed here, is able to ensure fast turn-on of SCR. Besides, the developed strong triggering pulse with time-width of 100μs will ensure the reliability of triggering circuit.
