彩色造影系统的设计及其对冠状动脉末梢血管的处理

摘要 目的 :以自制的彩色造影系统 ,对心脏造影的黑白图像提取更多的信息。方法 :用自制的彩色造影系统 ,对 86例冠状动脉造影黑白图像进行处理 ,用图像质量分级方法评价处理前后的图像。结果 :68例影像资料经处理后 ,其质量有不同程度的提高 ,提高率达 89.70 %(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :图像经过处理后增加了较多有用的信息 。 Objective: To evaluate the value of the difference of using or not using the multicolor processing system about the image of angiography.Method: The 68 cases angiography of coronary artery were analysed by a new method to put color to the gray picture.Results: For 89.7% (P<0.01) of all the 86 cases whit-black picture′s quality is enhanced after being processed by multicolor processing system.Conclusion: The image of coronary artery's angiography which is processed extracted more useful information, improved the correct rate of diagnose. This system has made the image of coronary artery's angiography more clearly.
