仪器法与手工法测定APTT结果比较

The Comparision of Determined Results for APTT Between Five Instruments and Handwork

目的 :探讨手工、五台仪器测定APTT值的相关性。方法 :Sys mexCA 60 0 0、SysmexCA 15 0 0、ACL 3 0 0、ACL 2 0 0及STACompact全自动血凝分析仪用校准物校准后 ,分别对同一新鲜混合血浆测定APTT的精密度 ;同时使用五台仪器及手工白陶土法测定 114份血标本APTT值并对测定结果进行比较。结果 :五台仪器准确度和精密度均好 ;仪器法与手工法测得APTT值无显著性差异。结论 :同一实验室在做好质控的前提下 ,使用仪器法测定APTT比手工法测定APTT具有速度快。

Objective: To compare the results of the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) measured by handwork and with instruments.Method: After five instruments such as Sysmex CA 6000, Sysmex CA 1500, ACL-300, ACL-200 and STA Compact were calibrated with standard substance, APTT in indertical fresh complex plasma were tested with five instruments in order to obtain their precision, respectively. APTT were measured in 114 blood samples with the handwork of koalin method and five instruments,both the results of APTT were compared.Results: The determisnel results of APTT on insturment and handwork in adcuracy and precision are all favoroble,according to the results of APTT between the handwork and five instruments are no significant difference.Conclusion: Under the condition of good quality control, test of APTT with instrument is much faster than that of by handwork. instruments is more suitable to be measured a great deal of samples simultaneously.
