摘要 针对小型锅炉的特点,实现了以检测、计量为主的操作基本自动化.把热效率作为燃烧系统的目标函数,用单变量静态搜索法寻取最佳可控参数.推出压力在0.05~1MPa范围内的蒸汽流量数学模型,并介绍了自制的简单可靠的煤、水位、炉膛负压等计测方法. In accordance with the characteristics of small-sized boilers, detection and guage are the main means of realizing boiler automation. With thermal efficency being as the performance function of combustion system, the optimal controllable parameter can be achieved by single vari- able searching method. In this paper a mathematic model for vapour flow has been developed from 0. 05MP to 1MP and the coal guage,water level detector,negative pressure meter newly manu- factured have been described.
