摘要
为了使较小功率的轴带发电机能采用直接液压传动,保证电网频率,采用恒流量阀控制变量油泵,以使其在变速驱动条件下实现恒流量输出.这种系统有很多待解决的问题,特别是系统的动态特性.由于用恒流量阀控制变量油泵是一种负反馈控制系统,因而就有控制不稳定的危险.本文对此进行理论分析,找出了解决办法.
To directly use hydraulic driving shaft generator in low power condition, this paper describes
a problem, which the pump speed input is alternating, but the flow output keeps constant which
controlled by a constant flow control valve. There are, however, some problems to be solved to
this system configuration, particularly concerning its dynamic characteristics. Since the system is a
feed back control one,there is a risk of instability. This paper just analyses the problems theoreti-
cally, and provides some methods to deal with it.
