阐述了电子提单的概念及产生,并对电子提单的流转过程,以及采用电子提单所产生的若干法律问题作了分析与研究.

This paper expounds the concept and advantages of electronic bill of lading,and its circulat- ing process during the carriage of goods by sea. Also, some of the legal problems raised by elec- tronic bill of lading are discussed. And proposal to develop the research of the use of electronic bill of lading in China is made.
