摘要
研究了含Mn量对共晶Al-2%Fe合金组织的影响。结果表明,在Al-2%Fe合金中加入Mn后,其组织中出现了先析相(FeMn)Al6,且随着Mn量的增加,先析相的数量增加,当Mn量增加到一定程度后,先析相出现发达的分枝。文中还对Mn的影响机理进行了探讨。
Microstructure of eutectic Al-2%Fe alloys with different Mn contents was studied. The results show that primary precipitation phase (FeMn)Al_6 is found when Mn content is added, and with the increase of Mn content, the number of primary precipitation phase raises, and that advanced branches are found in primary precipitation phase when the content of Mn is added to a certain content. Mechanism of the effect of Mn on eutectic Al-2%Fe alloys is explored.
