稀土深层膏剂渗硼在热锻模具上的应用研究

Application of RE Deep-layer Elecenary Boronizing in Hot Forging Dies

对5CrNiMo钢进行了稀土深层膏剂渗硼及热处理工艺试验,观察、分析了渗硼层及心部组织,测定了试样渗硼后的性能。结果表明,热锻模具采用稀土深层膏剂渗硼并结合合理的热处理工艺,能得到优良的综合性能,满足热锻模具的工作要求。

RE deep-layer electuary boronizing,heat treatment processes,the microstructures and the mechanical properties of the boronized layer on 5CrNiMo steel have been studied .Results show that the hot forging dies have excellent multiple quality by RE deep-layer electuary boronizing and rational heat treatmet processes, can meet its work condition.
