Class education is the main method of promotion training from superintendent to supervisor. The quality of the training is decided by the effect of class education. Nowadays , many teachers are obviously puzzled by how to understand and deal with the relationships between the efficiency and benefit of class education, the usability and practicality of content of courses and the inheritance and bringing forth new ideas of teaching methods, and the 'puzzles' influence the quality and effect of class education directly.
