关于ZL—104材料铸态适应性的分析

摘要 该文通过对铝铸件铸态和T6处理后的机械性能的比较,对比了军用、民用散热器铝铸件两种状态下的抗拉和抗塑性变形的安全系数,并指出T6处理可以提高铸件的抗拉强度、硬度和改善铸件的切削加工性能,但也会加大生产成本。设计时要在满足用户要求的前提下,也要充分考虑制造成本,选择合适的状态进行铸件设计,以达到降低成本,提高生产率的目的。 Via comparing aluminous casting mechanical performance of the form of foundry with the form after disposal of T6, this treatise contrasts the safety factor of the resisting -- pull distortion and the resis- ting --plastic distortion of the civilian radiator aluminous casting with the military under the two circum- stances. It indicates that the disposal of T6 can improve the resisting --pull intensity and rigidity, amel- iorate the machining performance of cutting, but increase manufacture cost. In order to meet the user's request, we should choose the appropriate one of the two forms to reduce cost and improve productivity when we design the aluminous casting.
