有组织犯罪及其跨国活动已成为国际社会普遍关心的焦点问题。同样,也越来越引起我国社会公众的广泛关注。特别是近年来,有组织犯罪更有愈演愈烈之势。其中的成员集盗、抢、杀等多种犯罪于一身,在畸形的处世态度和对社会的颠倒评价中类聚一起,聚集犯罪能量,向强大的社会挑战。这些犯罪上升幅度之大,涉及范围之广,危害结果之严重都是前所未有的。文章分析了有组织犯罪的特征,并探讨了其相应的侦查对策。

Organized crimes and their transnational activities have been the focus questions concerned by international society. Likewise, people in our country pay more and more attention to them. Recently, organized crimes become more serious than ever before. Members in the organization commit many crimes such as steal, robbery and kill. The abnormal attitude towards the world and reverse evaluation of the society make them assemble together, gather criminal capacity, challenge the powerful society and have stable influence gradually. The big increase in these crimes , the wide range they involve and the serious harmful result are unprecedented. This article analyses the characters of organized crimes and probes into the corresponding investigative crackdown countermeasures.
