DEVELOPMENT OF THEORY AND PRACTICE OF ELECTRIC CURRENT SOLIDIFICATION TECHNIQUE

摘要 综述了近半个世纪国内外电流凝固技术的研究概况,介绍了直流电流、交流电流和脉冲电流处理对金属凝固过程与凝固组织影响的一些重要成果,总结了电流凝固技术目前研究工作的不足及发展趋势,提出了该技术在工业中应用尚需研究解决的技术与理论问题,特别强调了脉冲电流处理技术的优越性及应用前景。 The domestic and overseas research survey of elec- tric current solidification technique in recent half century is reviewed. Some important achievements are introduced regarding the influence of DC, AC and pulse electric current on the solidification process and structure of metals. The shortage and tendency about electric current solidification technique presently is summarized. Technology and theory problems that should be researched and solved before the application of the current treatment technology in industry are indicated. The advantages and foreground of pulse current treatment are especially emphasized.
