摘要
电流变液与压电陶瓷组合的阻尼器是一种自耦合阻尼器。对直压式自耦合电流变阻尼器的性能进行了理论计算,并制作了直压式自耦合电流变液阻尼器。性能测试表明:压电陶瓷激励了电流变液;电流变液阻尼的变化改变了阻尼器的共振频率,并使振动幅度降低最高达30%。
A new kind of self-coupled damper composed of ER fluid and piezoelectric ceramic is presented. The vibration characteristics of the damper are simulated and the results show that the vibration suppression effect of the damper is manifest. It is shown in the damper test that the piezoelectric ceramic has stimulated the ER fluid. The damping of ER fluid varies and hence the damper's resonant frequency changes. The maximum decrement of displacement amplitude can reach 30%.
