摘要
在劳动合同变动中,工作岗位与工作地点的变动的争议最多。处理这种争议时,必须注意由劳动合同的特殊性引起的劳动合同变动的特殊性,正确适用劳动合同原理,贯彻保护劳动者利益的原则,适当限制用工方变动上的随意性。
Disputes about the change of labor contract is related to the issues of the change of post and location. To resolve these disputes, we should limit the employer's freedom as to these factors such as the character of labor contract, the principle of labor contract and the principle of employee's precedence over employers.
