摘要
对宝钢1号高炉热风炉烧炉中的空燃比、BFG支管流量等进行修正、优化,研究开发了热风炉富氧助燃、模型抗干扰能力等功能,从而实现了热风炉烧炉计算机闭环控制,为高炉提供稳定的高风温,降低了热风炉的燃耗。
Burning parameters of the hot stove for Baosteel No. 1 Blast Furnace, such as air-fuel ratio and blast furnace gas (BFG) flow in branch pipes, have been modified and optimized. New functions of combustion supporting with rich oxygen and anti-interference for the hot stove burning model have been developed. Hot stove burning has been computer-controlled in a close loop. Temperature of hot air supplied by the hot stove to the blast furnace is higher and more stable, and gas consumption for a hot stove is decreased.
