摘要
环境安全是国家安全的重要组成部分,涉及到人类的生存、国家的安危,是保护和维持社会、政治经济秩序正常运行的基础和依托。对环境安全的立法现状和不足之处以及怎样完善作出一些建设性探讨。
Environment safety is becoming a most important part of nation safety, which would affect human's living and function of a country. Also, it is the firm foundation and support to prefect and keep good performance of the political and economical system of a country. Legislation of the environmental safety is fully discussed as how to overcome its weaknesses as well as how to improve it.
