面对竞争日益激烈的国际、国内市场,中小企业要提高自身的竞争力以求得长期的生存与发展,关键应立足市场,突出优势,找准自己的位置;应根据不断变化的环境善于创新,灵活应变;同时还应重视对营销机会的管理,以便在不断变化的市场竞争中争取主动,赢得成功。
Facing competitive oversea and domestic market, minor enterprise must enhance competitive power to earn long-term viability and development. Enterprise should base itself upon market and accentuate strong points. According to the condition of changing market, enterprise should be good at innovation, adapt to emergency and attach importance to marketing opportunity, then enterprise can succeed in the competitive market.
