摘要
音乐是进行美育的一个重要途径,推行音乐素质教育是时代发展的必然要求。在普通高校开设音乐课,其实践价值得到了教育主管部门、社会及各高校的重视。音乐教育对人的德育、智力和审美等方面的发展有巨大的作用。
Music is a important way of aethestic education. Music education is a requirement of our time. The value of music education in college has been accepted and implemented by educational department, society and colleges. Music education has great effect on moral, mental and aesthetic development.
