摘要
利用粘弹谱仪研究了聚乙二醇聚氨酯(PEGVTPU)/不饱和聚酯(PES)和聚丙二醇聚氨酯(PPGVTPU)/不饱和聚酯(PES)交联聚合物(简称ABCP)的动态力学性能.发现PGEVTPU/PES ABCP材料在不同的组分比均有较窄的玻璃化转变,组分之间的相容性较好,为互容体系,材料在特定的组成时其动态模量有明显的协同作用.与前者相比,PPGVTPU/PES ABCP材料组分之间的相容性明显降低,显示出半相容体系的特征.
The dynamic mechanical pδoperties of vinyl-terminated polyurethane (VTPU)/ unsaturated polyester (PES) crosslinked polymer were studied by using a Rheovibron. There is a good compatibility over the whole composition range in PEGVTPU / PES ABCP. 50/50 PPGVTPU/PES ABCP has semicompatible feature on the dynamic mechanical spectroscopy. The tanδ peak is lower than each coment in PPGVTPU / PES ABCP, but above PES component and below PU component in PEGVTPU/ PES. It was found that sol contant also influences compatibility.
