摘要
利用化学分析、XRD、物理性能检验等方法研究了在生料中单独及其复合掺加磷、氟、硫对高C3S水泥熟料 (alite richportlandclinker ,ARPC)的易烧性、胶凝性和它们在烧成过程中的挥发性。实验表明 :高温烧成时 ,在ARPC体系中单独掺磷、复合掺加磷与氟、磷与氟硫都有较好的促进烧成、提高强度的作用 ,并且以磷与氟的复合效果最好 ,可显著改善生料易烧性 ,提高熟料各龄期的抗压强度 5MPa以上 ;但磷与硫的复合却对生料易烧性有不利影响 ,熟料强度比对照组样品低 ,这可能与硫的高挥发性有关 ,使得体系中的实际CaO配入量增大。 3种阴离子具有不同的挥发性 ,硫的挥发性较高 ,氟次之 ,磷最低。
The effects of phosphate, fluoride, sulphur adding individually and the complex adding of these materials on the burnability, cementitious properties of alite-rich portland clinker (ARPC) were studied by means of chemical analysis, XRD and physical properties test. The volatilities of these materials during burning of ARPC were also analyzed. The results indicate that when ARPC is burned at high temperature, the burnability and strength of ARPC can be improved by adding phosphate singly or together with fluoride, or together with fluoride and sulfur. Among these materials, the effect of adding fluoride-phosphate mineralizer is the most obvious one and the compression strength of cement at every hydration age can be increased (over) (5 MPa). On the contrary, the burnability of ARPC would be worse and the strength of cement would be lower when ARPC is burned by adding phosphate compounded with sulfur. Moreover, the volatility of fluoride or phosphate is lower than that of sulfate. Fluoride and phosphate can be used together as one kind of mineralizer during the burning of ARPC at high temperature.
