摘要
建立了注射用维库溴铵的反相高效液相色谱测定法。采用ODS-3柱,流动相为氯化铵-浓氨试液-高氯酸溶液-甲醇,检测波长210nm。线性范围为0.4～4mg/ml(r=0.9999),方法回收率大于99%。
A HPLC method for determination of vecuronium bromide for injection was established. An ODS-3column was used with the mobile phase of ammonium chloride-concentrated ammonia solution-perchloric acidsolution-methanol at the detection wavelength of 210nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of0.4～4mg/ml (r=0.9999). The average recovery was above 99%.
