摘要
建立了测定甲磺酸多沙唑嗪胶囊的HPLC法。色谱柱为Dikma C18,流动相为甲醇-醋酸缓冲液(pH3.0)(52∶48),紫外检测波长250nm,柱温30℃。在0.5～50mg/ml浓度范围内线性良好,日内日间RSD均小于2%。
A HPLC method for determination of doxazosin mesylate capsules was established. A Dikma C18 columnwas used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetic acid buffer solution(pH3.0)(52∶48) at the detection wavelength of250nm. The column temperature was 30℃. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.5～50mg/ml(r=0.9999). The RSDs of intra- and inter-day were less than 2%.
