摘要 木糖经甲基化、酰化、酯化、缩合、皂化脱保护基等5步反应制得齐多夫定中间体1-β-D-木糖-5-甲基尿嘧啶,总收率16.4%。 b-D-Xylose-5-methyluracil(b-xyloside), a key intermediate of zidovudine was synthesized fromD-xylose by methylation, acylation, esterification, condensation and deprotection in an overall yield of 53.7%.
