摘要
建立了半边旗提取物中活性成分ent-11a-羟基-15-氧代-16-贝壳杉烯-19-酸(5F)-聚维酮固体分散体滴眼剂中5F的UV测定法,检测波长242nm。结果表明,5F在10～50mg/ml范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为0.80%。
An UV method for the determination of ent-11a-hydroxy-15-oxo-16-kauren-19-oic acid(5F, the extractof Pteris semipinnata L.) in solid dispersions of the ophthalmic formulation prepared with PVP and 5F was established. Thedetection wavelength was 242nm. The calibration curve of 5F was linear in the range of 10～50 mg/ml(r=0.9995). Theaverage recovery was 98.7% with RSD of 0.80%.
