压力管理训练对小学教师SCL-90评分的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :在小学教师中开展压力管理训练 ,采用SCL -90作为训练前后评价指标 ,探讨促进教师心理健康水平的有效手段。方法 :设置干预组 3 5名小学教师和对照组 3 9名教师 ,进行 6次为期 12周的压力管理训练 ,内容包括认识压力、认知重构和行为应对策略等内容 ,采用SCL -90进行干预前、干预后评估。结果 :训练前干预组、对照组SCL -90因子分差异无显著性 ,训练后干预组比对照组因子平均分低 ,且在躯体化 (t =4 2 ,P <0 0 1)、人际敏感 (t=2 3 4,P <0 0 5 )、焦虑 (t =2 0 ,P <0 0 5 ) 3个因子上差异有显著性。结论 :压力管理训练可以影响教师SCL -90评分 ,提示压力管理训练有助于维护教师心理健康水平。 Objective: to study the effect of stress management training for mental health of teachers in primary school. Method: 35 teachers and 39 teachers were used as the intervention group and the control group respectively. The teachers of intervention group got stress management training for 6 times in 12 weeks. The intervention included the knowledge of stress, cognitive restructure, coping strategies etc, and SCL-90 Scale was used for effect evaluation. Result: although the scores of SCL-90 all raised, the control group raised higher than the intervention group, and there were significant differences in factors of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety. Conclusion: stress management training can alleviate the teacher's stress.
