摘要
制备了添加少量B2 O3和P2 O5后的FeO Fe2 O3 CaO SiO2 体系铁磁微晶玻璃 ,并对不同热处理条件下获得的样品进行了微观结构分析和XRD分析。实验结果表明 ,微晶玻璃的主晶相为磁铁矿 ,磁铁矿成核容易 ,在玻璃冷却过程中就能够形成大量的磁铁矿晶核 ;次晶相为硅灰石 ,核化势垒较大 ,它在热处理中形成晶核。不经过核化处理在 10 0 0℃晶化 2h能够获得较理想的磁铁矿主晶相和硅灰石次晶相均匀致密分布的微观组织。
Bioactive and ferromagnetic glass-ceramics are useful as thermoseeds for hyperthermia treatment of cancer. The ferromagnetic glass-ceramics in the system FeO-Fe 2O 3-CaO-SiO 2 have been prepared, with the addition of small amount of B 2O 3 and P 2O 5. The microstructure analysis, and XRD analysis have been finished for the ferromagnetic glass-ceramics in the different heat treatment processes. The results show that the main crystal is magnetite(Fe 3O 4), easily nuclear at the cooling of the original glass. The secondary crystal is wollastonite(CaSiO 3), difficultly nuclear at the heat treatment process. The optical heat treatment is carried directly under 1000℃ for 2h without nuclear treatment, as the result of the reasonable microstructure of glass-ceramics.
