热处理对含微量DBS金红石TiO_2纳米晶的组织形貌的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用添加表面活性剂的TiCl3为源物质的氧化法在 6 0℃就制备出具有金红石结构的TiO2 。通过XRD、TEM等测试技术分析了这一产物在热处理后的物相、晶体尺寸、显微形貌和结构 ,分析了电子衍射斑点和晶体取向的特点 ,讨论了表面活性剂在晶粒形核、晶体长大中的作用。结果表明 ,含微量DBS的金红石结构在后续的加热过程中显示出异常强的热稳定性。极性TiO2 晶体对阴离子活性剂的吸附和分布造成直接影响 ,晶体集聚成由许多平行分支组成的束 ,束的长度随温度升高变长 ,而端面的边长变化不大 ,生长有择尤取向 ,方向为 <110 >。 Nano-scale rutile-type TiO2 was prepared using TiCl3 as the source and DBS as anionic surfactant after the product was dried. The phase structures, crystal sizes, microstructures and morphologies of the products were analyzed by XRD and TEM technique. The electron diffraction and crystal arrangement were analyzed. The role of anionic surfactant on the crystal nuclei and growth were discussed. It was shown that this derived TiO2 crystals exhibited super thermal stability upon heating afterwards. It was suggested that the polar TiO2 affected the absorption and distribution of the anionic surfactant. The product exhibited bundles of parallel branches. It was suggested that the form of the crystal and the preferred orientation distribution had something to do with the adding of surfactant.
