复方芦丁片中芦丁的溶出度考察

Study on dissolution rate of compound rutoside

本文采用紫外分光光度法对8厂10批复方芦丁片进行了体外溶出度测定。求得t_(?)、t_d和m参数具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),提示复方芦丁片有必要增加溶出度以控制其质量。

The dissolution of ten batches of compound rutoside tablets from eight domestic pharmaceutical factories was determinedby UV spectrophotometry. It was found that the T_(50), T? and m of those samples had obvious difference (P<0.01). It indieatesthat it is necessary to make dissolution test for the compound rutoside tablets to control the quality.
