胰岛素经眼给药对兔体糖尿病模型的治疗作用

本实验研究了糖尿病兔眼部给予胰岛素的治疗效果及滴眼剂的处方组成。结果表明,在吸收促进剂的作用下,胰岛素经眼给药能得到迅速、稳定的吸收。各组血药浓度峰值可达520～630mU/L。血糖下降最大幅度为59%～71%不等,其作用时间在6h以上。皂甙是有效的胰岛素经眼吸收促进剂,0.25%浓度即可产生较好的吸收促进作用。

This paper presents the effect of insulin through eyes on diabetes rabbits and the ingredients of insulin eye drops. Theresults indicated that insulin, helped by some agents can be absorbed through eyes rapidly and stably. The maximum bloodconcentrations of insulin equivalent in groups were from 520 to 630mU/L separately and the blood concentrations of glucosewere lowered 59% to 71% at the lowest points in groups. The effect of the insulin eye drops on blood glucose l?sted more thansix hours. Saponin is an effectual enhancing agent for the absorption of insulin through eyes and The concentration of 0.?5%of insulin actively. Methylecllulose could not prolong the effective blood concentration of insulin but prolong the time of lowblood giucose concentration.
