“双黄连”注射剂与气雾剂的人体生物利用度研究

Study on Human Bioavailability of the Injection and the Aerosol of "Shuang Huang Lian"

利用紫外分光光度法,以“双黄连”中两种主要成分黄苓甙,绿原酸为控制指标,测定注射剂与气雾剂的人体血药浓度。求出AUC^(0～6h)Cmax、TP值和绝对生物利用度。并对两种剂型的AUC^(0～6h)、Cmax,Tp作t检验。结果表明,气雾剂的绝对人体生物利用度为89%。双黄连气雾剂和注射剂的AUC^(0～6h),Cmax,Tp无显著性差异。

The human serum concentrations of the injection and aerosol of 'Shuang Huang Lian' weredetermined by UV-spectrophotmetric method, regarding the Chlorogenid and the Baicalin, the two maincomponent of the 'Shuang Huang Lian', as the index, AUC^(0-6h), Cmaax, Tp and absolute bioavailability werecalculated. According to statistic data, no significant difference in AUC^(0-6h), Cmax, and Tp between injectiionand aerosol was found.
