本文采用二阶导数光谱法测定依诺沙星的尿药浓度。定量信息为348nm处的倒峰高度,无需提取分离,线性范围2～20μg/ml,回收率96.89～101.2%,日内及日间变异系数不大于4.8%。

The paper reported the determination of enoxacin in urine by second derivative spectrophotometrywithout extraction and seperation. The inrormation of the determination was the negative peak at 348nm.The calibration graph was rectilinear from 2 to 20g/ml. The average recovery was from 96.9% to101.2% the RSDS of within day and day to day were less than 4.8%.
