摘要
三农问题已严重地制约了我国经济的快速而健康的发展。它是不同时期、多方面、多层次的因素共同作用的结果 ,因此它不是一个单纯的经济问题。解决三农问题必须以政府机构改革、体制改革和政策的调整为先导 ,最终实现政治、经济的双解决。
The problems of FRA (farmers, rural, agriculture) are hindering the development of our country's economy, which turns out to be not only an economic problem, but also a result of different factors. To solve the problems, it is urgent to reform governmental organizations, institutions and policies.
