摘要
我国西部在开发过程中存在着“学习性后发优势”,但同时也存在着较为明显的“路径依赖”。笔者正是基于这种认识 ,试图对西部地区在向发达地区 (或国家 )的制度学习、技术学习和相互学习的过程中如何发挥后发优势 ,克服路径依赖的途径进行探讨。
Learning Late-Comer's Advantages” exists together with apparent “Path Dependence”in the development of Chinese west, upon whose basis, the paper tries to explain how to make good use of the late-comer's advantages and overcome path dependence for the west in institutional learning, technological learning and mutual learning.
