摘要
随着经济全球化和社会经济的发展 ,要求培养越来越多复合型的国际化人才。为了满足我国社会经济的发展需求 ,国家教育部早在入世之前就提出了在高等学校推行双语教学以促进教育改革 ,为国家培养厚基础、宽口径、高素质的复合型人才。本文着重阐述高校双语教学实施的目的、原则以及推行双语教学的具体做法。
Economic globalization requires high quality graduates. Therefore the Chinese Education Committee suggested before China's entry of WTO that bilingual education should be part of education reform in universities and colleges. This article talks on the aims, principles and some specific measures of bilingual education in universities and colleges.
