针对高校后勤招商引资资产因意外事件终止经营后 ,其所有权归属不明的情况 ,提出用按份共有制度 ,依物权法解决上述问题 ,并对引资资产的量化分割比例变动轨迹和应有部分所有权进行了探析。

The ownership of properties in colleges and universities purchased with investment from out the campus has become a common problem after business stops. The author presents some measures to tackle this problem.
