硬核性白内障小切口非超声乳化术62例

Non-phacoemulsification with small incision in treatment of selerotic nucleous cataract

目的:本研究通过对62例硬核性白内障进行小切口非超声乳化术及对照组60例进行超声乳化术的疗效研究,评价硬核性白内障(IV～V级核)的最佳手术方式为小切口非超声乳化。方法:62例硬核性老年性白内障采用小切口手法碎核白内障摘除术,60例硬核性老年性白内障采用超声乳化术,将它们的术后视力,角膜水肿,术中并发症进行比较。结果:62例小切口非超声乳化术术后视力与对照组比较无显著差异,角膜水肿小切口非超声乳化术21例(34%),对照组25例(42%)。术中后囊破裂小切口组2例(3%),对照组12例(20%)。结论:从以上三方面结果看小切口非超声乳化术是硬核性白内障的首选方法。

AIM: To explore the optimal operation method of the cataract with sclerotic nucleous.· METHODS: A total of 122 eyes of senile cataract with sclerotic nucleous in grade IV and V was randomly divided into two groups. The 62 eyes in group I underwent non-phacoemulsification with small incision and the 60 eyes in group II underwent phacoemulsification. Postoperative visual acuity, occurrence of corneal edema and intraoperative complications of the two groups were compared.· RESULTS: There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative visual acuity. Corneal edema occurred in 21 eyes (34%) and intraoperative posterior capsular rupture in 2 eyes (3%) in group I, while 25 eyes (42%) and 12 eyes (20%) in group II respectively.· CONCLUSION: Non-phacoemulsification with small incision is the optimal operation method of the cataract with sclerotic nucleous in grade IV and V.·
