泪腺混合瘤63例临床分析

Lacrimal mixed tumor in 63 cases

目的:分析泪腺混合瘤术后复发和恶性变的原因。方法:对63例泪腺混合瘤进行术后随访,随访时间3mo～10a。结果:51例术后无复发或恶性变;12例复发者中,有11例为多次手术者,均因术中对瘤体组织切除不完全所致。结论:泪腺混合瘤手术关键在于术中一次性切除连同包膜在内的完整瘤体,尽量避免多次手术及术前瘤体穿刺或活检等,减少复发率。

AIM: To analyze the causes of recurrence and deterioration of lacrimal mixed tumor after the operation.· METHODS: A total of 63 cases of lacrimal mixed tumor were followed up for 3mo-10a.· RESULTS: No recurrence or deterioration occurred in 51 cases. Among the other 12 cases, 11 patients underwent operation more than once, and the recurrence and deterioration were caused by the incomplete tumor excision.· CONCLUSION: It is of great importance to excise the whole tumor including the integument. Repeated operation and pre-operative centesis or biopsy should be avoided so as to reduce the recurrence rate.·
