摘要
卡马西平原药粗品,经硅胶低压柱色谱分离和薄层色谱纯化,用质谱法测定了其中四个主要杂质的结构。
Impurities in crude carbamazepine were separated by low pres-
sure colnmn liquid chromatography of silica gel H and were purified by prepara-
tive thin-layer chromatography.Four trace compounds were obtained and their
structure were determined by MS.
