摘要
锅炉排烟热损失q2不仅与排烟温度有关,也与排烟量有关。降低排烟量(各处漏风)对锅炉节能有好处,为直接表达,引出容积-温度折算系数Ka-T和折算烟温(Tpy)zs,以理解烟气量增加在对锅炉排烟热损失的影响方面相当于排烟温度的增加值。介绍了在我公司DG75-39-3锅炉上采用的降低漏风的措施及效果。
The heat loss of boiler relates not only with temperature of effluent gas, but also the amount which is mainly caused by air leakage. Decreasing effluent is good for energy save. To express more directly,conversion coefficient of capacity-temperature K_(a-T) and conversion temperature of effluent gas (T_(py))_(zs) are brought in, to make it easier to compare influence of increasing the temperature of effluent gas on boiler heat loss. Some measures taken in boiler DG75-39-3 in my company to decrease air leakage and effects are introduced.
