钠-氨水体系对ω-酰基莰烯的还原反应研究 被引量:1

摘要 以钠-氨水体系为还原剂,苯为溶剂,对属于α,β-不饱和酮类的8个ω-酰基莰烯类化合物进行了还原.结果表明:足量钠作用下,还原产物为饱和醇(α-异莰烷基醇),有内型与外型两种异构体;酰基部分的烃基越大,外型醇的比例越高.对所得的α-异莰烷基醇作了GC-MS分析,对还原过程与立体化学进行了讨论. Eight ω-acylcamphene compounds belonging to α,β-unsaturatable ketone were reduced with sodium in aguous ammonia in benzene solvent.The results indicated that:the reduced products were saturated alcohol (α-isocamphanyl alcohol)under the use of enough sodium,which have two isomers:endo-configuration and exo-configuration,and that if having the bigger the alkyl of acyl part than exo-alcohol product was of the higher the proport.The products were analyzed by GC-MS,while the reduction process and stereochemistry discussed.
