摘要
应用铸造软件ViewCast模拟精密铸造Ti 46%Al合金叶片的充型与凝固过程,预测了疏松的形成,模拟结果与实验结果相吻合。通过分析凝固温度场、凝固收缩百分数并结合实验结果,对原浇注系统进行改进:摒除了原先的顶注及顶、底联合浇注的方式,只采用底注方式,有效克服了充型不平稳、易卷气的缺点;提高壳型预热温度、增大冒口尺寸,使铸件实现顺序凝固。改进后的模拟结果显示,铸件凝固顺序合理,疏松完全转移至凝固后的冒口中,保证了叶片的致密性。
Mold-filling, solidification and prediction of shrinkage porosity in Ti-46%Al alloy investment were performed using the ViewCast code, and the defects observed in the actual products agree well with the simulated results. By analyzing temperature field and shrinkage percentage combined with the experimental results, the following improvements were presented: Instead of original top-filling and top-bottom-hybrid-filling design, only the bottom-filling was implemented, which avoids the turbulence and gas entrapment; Higher shell preheated temperature and large risers were redesigned, which contributed to directional solidification. Simulation results of the new design showed a much better fill pattern without any gas porosity entrapment possibilities and the casting solidified in a reasonable sequence with shrinkage cavity completely located in risers and sound castings were made.
