摘要
用SL原型代替熔模铸造中的蜡模进行钛的精密铸造 ,省去复杂的工装及模具 ,提高制造速度 ,降低制造成本 ,尤其在新产品试制 ,少量多品种 ,具有自由曲面的中小型铸件方面有很好的应用前景。研究基于SL原型的快速精铸钛型壳的制备时耐火材料与粘结剂的选择、型壳制备工艺 ,确定型壳制作过程中的浆料配制、焙烧工艺参数 ,获得不开裂、不分层、不黑壳的高精度无缺陷的钛精铸型壳。
Precision casting based on SL prototypes instead of wax patterns may save the complex moulds, improve the fabrication speed and reduce the production cost. This process has wide application prospects for new products’ trial production featuring diverse varieties and small quantity and especially for the middle and small-sized castings with free forms. Preparation Process of Quick Precision Casting Titanium Shell Based on SL Prototypes containing selection of fire-proof material, binder and shell-making technology have been researched. The process parameters including slurry prescription and baking are obtained. As a result, a high quality casting shell without crack, delamination, back spot is gotten.
