调压铸造技术是在差压铸造技术的基础上发展而来的一种先进铸造技术 ,其充型能力强 ,补缩能力高 ,兼具真空冶金效应。将调压铸造技术与传统反重力铸造技术进行对比 ,介绍其技术原理及特性。调压铸造技术对铸件性能有明显的改善作用 ,尤其适合大型复杂薄壁铸件的高品质精密铸造 ,已成功应用于铝合金铸件的工程化生产 。

Adjusted pressure casting is an advanced technique developed on the basis of counter pressure casting, characterized by its higher filling capacity and better feeding capacity, providing also vacuum metallurgy effects. The fundamental principle and properties for adjusted pressure casting is presented. The technique makes great contributions to the enhancement on mechanical property of casting; it is well adopted for precision casting of large-scale complicated & thin-walled components, successful application on the manufacturing of Al alloy castings shows that this technique has profound developmental potential.
