摘要
ZL10 7右箱体重 2 60kg ,平均壁厚 15~ 18mm ,顶面最厚处 2 9mm ,采用树脂砂造型 ,电阻炉熔炼 ,双面垂直缝隙式浇注系统 ,钢质过滤网 ,顶部放 6个冒口 ,C2 Cl6精炼除气 ,浇注时型腔充氩气 ,浇注温度 715℃ ,浇注时间 80s ,补浇铝液不从冒口中而从浇口处 ,成功浇注出无渣气孔的铸件。
The net weight of type ZL107right box is 260 kg, its average thickness is 15~18 mm, the thickest wall of surface is 29 mm. Through molding of resin-bonded sand, smelting of electric resistance furnace, double and vertical aperture pouring system, filtrating net of steel, six risers are put on the surface, and are poured at 715 ℃ with argon in mould and degassing raw material, the whole process is 80 second. Furthermore, reinforced aluminum liquid is put from pouring cup. On the basis of above-mentioned, the casting without slag blowhole is made successfully.
