介绍了以色漆的遮盖力和固体含量,以及颜料和体质颜料的遮盖力和吸油量等数据为依据。利用颜料体积浓度(PVC)和临界颜料体积浓度(CPVC)进行色漆配方计算,并以天蓝C04-2醇酸磁漆和草绿中油度亚麻油醇酸无光漆配方计算为例加以说明。
A calculation of paint formulation has been con-ducted based on the hiding power and solid con-tent of paint;the hiding power and oil absorptionof pigments and fillers;pigment volume concen-tration (PVC) and critial pigment volume con-centration (CPVC).The calculation was illustrat-ed with two examples,a blue C04-2 alkyd paintand a green medium oil length linseed oil mattalkyd paint.
