精炼温度对过共晶Al-5Fe合金中富铁相形貌的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了在不同温度下C2 Cl6精炼对过共晶Al 5Fe合金中富铁相形貌的影响。结果表明 ,在较高的精炼温度下 ,合金中富铁相形态由长针片状转变为花朵状或颗粒状 ,且在 95 0℃精炼时得到基本上为细小颗粒状均匀分布的组织 ,合金抗拉强度也有了明显改善。并对精炼工艺对合金组织的改善作用进行了分析。 The refining effects on the morphology of iron phase in hypereutectic Al-5Fe alloy with C_2Cl_6 at different temperatures were investigated. The results showed that the morphology of iron phase transformed from the long-needle-like into the flower-like or the particle-like at higher temperatures, furthemore,the uniform distribution of microstructure with mainly refined particle can be obtained at 950 ℃.The tensile strength of the alloy can be improved obviously. The effect of refining process on improvement in the microstructure was analyzed also.
