摘要
在熔化系统增设时间警示器 ,有利于控制合金持续熔化时间。找准慢压射到快压射的切换点 ,选择好快压射的冲头速度 ,对保证压射速度的准确性作用明显。开设溢流槽 ,设置冷却水通道 ,有利于均衡模具温度。适度增加激冷层厚度 ,提高激冷层品质 ,均匀喷涂并及时清理模具型腔 ,可减少气孔和夹杂物缺陷。采用较低温度进行时效处理 ,可提高压铸件的力学性能。
It is helpful to control melting temeprature to set time-alarm in melting system. It is effective to determine the switch point from slow injection to fast injection and to slect punch velocity of fast injection for ensuring ejection speed. It is beneficial to set overflow channel and cooling water channel for the balance of mould temeprature. Gas hole and inclusion can be reduced by properly increasing thickness,and quality of the chilling layer, uniformly spraying and cleaning the mould cavity on time. The mechanical properties of die casting parts can be improved by ageing at lower temeprature.
