摘要
企业文化差异对跨国经营的影响是多方面的,不但影响跨国经营的战略,还影响其经营管理,只有进行跨国文化的沟通与管理,企业才能在国际市场上建立起良好的声誉,实现成功经营。
The multi-facet impact of cultural difference over transnational operation of enterprises affects not only the strategy, but also the operation and management. It is only through cross-culture communication and management that enterprises can establish good reputation and attain success in its operation.
