中国共产党提出的全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,是对传统社会主义理论的发展和突破。全面建设小康社会,其关键在于逐步解决"三农"问题。同时,要在不断发展和解放生产力、扩大小康社会的物质基础上,深化分配制度的改革。

The objective of 'Building Well-off Society in an All-round Way', put forward by the Communist Party of China, is a development and breakthrough to the traditional socialism theory. The key to achieve this objective lies in progressively solving the problems concerning agriculture, rural area and peasants. Meanwhile, on the material basis of developing and liberating the productive force, and expanding the well-off society, the distribution system reform should be deepened.
