摘要
选取部分具有典型意义的保险发达国家及保险新兴国家或地区,对其保险监管制度中的监管目标、监管体系、监管内容以及监管模式进行较为详细的对比和分析,从中总结了国际保险监管的发展趋势,并针对我国保险监管体系存在的问题,借鉴国际保险监管的先进经验,提出改进我国保险监管制度的建议。
Based on a detailed comparative analysis of the supervision goals, systems, contents and forms of the insurance supervision institutions in some typical countries and areas whose insurance industry is fully developed or just burgeoning, the essay summarizes the significant developing trend of the worldwide insurance supervision, points out the problems existing in China's insurance supervision system and puts forward some suggestions to improve it in the light of international experience.
